Maybe you could add the follow up post, the one that asks how options can be awarded to a person who doesn't work there yet. I was aware (hard to believe, I know) that the options released were not all accounted for by the named recipients, but since the options were out in July and the hiring of the PR head (Mara) was in August, I didn't see how that could work.
