Afterall,AE is not paying himself big bucks for his work as CEO of Zen ,unlike some other CEOs who pay themselves handsomely regardless of performance of their stocks or the overall well fare of the companies.Like most honest ,hardworking people here,He may be short of cash like a lot of us and refused to pile on more debt just to hoard some more for what he and his family will not need when all goes well.That,s the confidence he has for the overall future of the company.With 5 million shares in hand,AE and family will be very very rich some day without need of more shares.
I see that even though Dr Chahar owns little shares of Zen for now.He too is holding onto his large amount of options and can exercise when the time comes.Meanwhile,I feel good having people like the Ross family to hold a large amount of Zen shares.
We are in safe hands.
