I agree with you that any such strategic partnership will benefit the share price of ZEN. We may even arrive a a much higher share price in short order.
My post served to speculate why we have been in a "holding pattern" for such a long time. Perhaps there were no offers forthcoming that were "fair" and realistic (given the value of the project). If that was the case, then management may choose to pursue the path of mine-building.
I don't think that AE and the BOD would only pursue this path unless they felt that the only offers they recieved were attempts to "steal" the resource. That is something that I believe all of us wish to avoid.
As long-time owner of a few ZEN(YF) shares, I really wish we could be bought-out by a friendly suitor. I am just speculating that it may take a while to get to the pay-off we all desire.
I hope that I am wrong. I'd like to see the money now.
