The 250k trade yesterday was done on the Pure exchange, so there is no marker system in place to give early warning if the trade may have been related to an insider. The trade will have to be reported to SEDI within five days, if it was an insider trade, but I doubt that it was one. Pure is favoured for large pre-arranged trades because of the very low commission charged by the exchange.

This trade should serve as a heads-up to retail, though, as alternate exchanges can have different opening and closing times than does the Venture.
