There was one big difference between Zen and the company we once owned.The other little junior had diluted the heck of our shares before a big gold miner jumped in and staged a take over of the company.By then,that junior only had less than 6% of shares held by management and found itself in no position to fend off the suitor.With no support from institutional holders,it,s done.
In this case,Zen management owns more than 25% of shares.It will be virtually impossible for any other company to stage a hostile bid and expect 100% support from the rest of the shareholders.They won't even bother.
