I know it has nothing to do with the PEA as it's on another block than the 4F. However, if you can drill cheaper and easier in the Winter in this area, why does another well-known poster continue to state that the PEA will be delayed until June because more drilling will need to be done in the Spring? IMO it reinforces what management has been saying that no additional driling is needed for the PEA or they'd be drilling now.
