Interesting response from the company, in my view. Thank you for posting it and for asking the question. What I find interesting is the following statement from the company:
"The company will disclose via press release, as required, any transaction at the time they are duly executed."
I'm parsing words here again, but it is interesting to note that they used the plural "they" but the singular "transaction." Hmmmm. Not sure what that means. Maybe nothing.
And it is interesting that they are talking about something - perhaps - being "duly executed." That sort of makes me think that they are moving towards agreement execution.
But of course, this is total speculation. Fun to think about.
Encouraging? I'm not sure. But still fun to think about.
