That's great news.

Personally, I think it is more than just the start of a new trial.   My reasoning is this:  They wouldn't start a second trial with the same drug if the drug was a dud in the first trial.  And since that first trail isn't double blind, they would have to know whether it worked or not.

Thus, my guess is that this is a good sign - and a stronger good sign than just the start of a new trial.

Hopefully we might find out a little more on December 15th.   Damn that would be a nice Christmas present.
