Thank you for finding this information. I was not a shareholder in 2003 (I think I bought first in 2006), but I recall having heard many times over the years that this sort of reverse takeover was the manner in which RVX got a listing. I had heard that it was done for the same reason it is being comtemplated today for Zenith: As a faster/easier way to become a publically traded company. Thus, it seems that history might be repeating itself.
In my mind this lends credibility to the thought that Don is likely quite serious about taking Zenith public. He's utilized the same methodology in the past to get to the public markets. Thus, he's got a track record of doing just this.
To me, it sounds like a sound strategy. It worked once. It will probably be a good thing this time too.
