I read your post NL and you make it sound as if they need to extend it to 10 yrs to follow the rules?

I only read it once so I may have misunderfstood you but it seems to me the statement above (b) says it can be exercisable for a maximum of 10 yr.

My vote stands.. NO..

Show us better support to the shareholders and earn it like most of us...
