SKP @ 20% premium

SKP and SGR make nice move on volume as the price of gold increases.... WEL in the dumpster...LOL

SKP is now @ a 20% premium to a 5 for 1 takeover of WEL... with the wts soon to expire that would mean minimal dilution to SKP of 18 million shares.... the commitments would be reduced, the land position and % ownership increased.... that is a no brainer ....JMHO

If SKP was to take out WEL I think it would become the dominent land holder in the belt and a $1.00 stock...JMHO

Put all my position up between .12 and .17.... had enough of the WEL game, but if SKP was to make a move on WEL I would cancel those sells and stay in the belt.

In it's present form WEL is dead money...JMHO
