I think managment is going to stay low till all the wts expire.... July 1st will be the rebirth of WEL and anouncment of funding from the " Sugar Daddy" ( I hear they hate that!" but it's the truth... This will give the time required for us long time shareholders / placees to get fed up and dump our stock ( For those that have lost hope/ confidence)

This washing out phase will allow for the sugar Daddy to enter at an optomum price.... basicly at whatever price they want as existing investors will be the downward presure... and the sugar daddy can buy it up to what ever has been negotiated.

In the meantime I hope that someone else takes advantage of this situation absorbing WEL into their portfolio....Will put in my supper stink bids again just in case.
