I have mentioned that SKP has frequently misstated their intrest in the Poundmaker prject.
The correct wording of this agreement should state that SKP may earn up to a 65% intrest buy spending the agreed amounts , within the agreed tuimeframe.... Sholud WEL elect not to partisipate in further exploration SKP could earn up to 100% intrest and WEL would revert to a royalty. There is a vast difference in the perception of investors if one thinks that WEL has basicly given away the poundmaker for a potential royalty some decades into the future.... SKP should have to correct any and all missleading statments and materials regarding this.
This info would lead one to believe the Poundmaker is also a 100% SKP project, this is not by accident, and is intensionally missleading as have been the text within the SKP news releases.
