Wallbridge Mining Company's Profile

Ontario, British Columbia & Minnesota Developing nickel, copper and platinum group element ("PGE") deposits.

Wallbridge Mining Company Lively (Sudbury) ON(TSX:WM), is an established Canadian based company whose mission is to explore for and develop nickel, copper and platinum group element ("PGE") deposits. Its primary focus is on its large portfolio of properties in the under-explored footwall rocks of the prolific Sudbury Mining Camp, Ontario. Outside of Sudbury, the Company's activities include base-metal-gold exploration on the Shipley Property in the Swaye metavolcanic belt in northeasthern Ontario and gold-copper-molybdenum exploration on it's large Roger's Creek Property in British Columbia.

Wallbridge Mining has joint venture properties with Lonmin Plc, Vale Inco, Xstrata Nickel, Pele Mountain Resources Inc. and Crowflight Minerals Inc.

Wallbridge's Sudbury area properties include joint ventures with Lonmin Plc, Xstrata Nickel as well as a number of junior companies. Global platinum producer Lonmin Plc recently acquired an 18% interest in Wallbridge. Victory Nickel has purchased 7,500,000 shares, representing an 8.4% interest in Wallbridge.

Wallbridge has a history of success in finding new mineralization in Sudbury. Recent exploration successes include a new nickel-sulphide discovery on the Frost Lake Property and the delineation of the Amy Lake low sulphide PGE mineralized zone in the same belt of rocks which host the recently announced Vale Inco- Lonmin Plc PGE copper-nickel discovery at Capre Lake.

Duluth Metals Limited (TSX:DM) is a successful spin-out of Wallbridge's Minnesota nickel-copper-PGE properties. Duluth recently announced a NI-43-101 compliant Indicated Resource of 449 million tonnes grading 0.624% copper, 0.199% nickel and 0.600 grams per tonne of total precious metals. Wallbridge retains a strategic 10 million share shareholding in Duluth Metals.

Wallbridge Mining is well financed with approximately $4.8 million in cash on hand.

The 2008 exploration budget totals in excess of $6 million, with joint venture partners contributing approximately $1.5 million of this amount.

Wallbridge's strategy is to operate exploration projects in a manner that maximizes the likelihood of discovery, moves the project towards development and minimizes risk and dilution to existing shareholders. To that end, Wallbridge employs a proven methodology for prospecting, identifying favorable geology and applying the most advanced methods of identifying promising exploration targets.

This strategy has allowed Wallbridge to grow from an exploration concept to a vibrant explorer with a diverse property portfolio through a variety of joint ventures with global nickel and platinum producers such as Xstrata Nickel Limited., Lonmin Plc., and VALE Inco. In addition to exposure to a multitude of high quality projects, these joint ventures provide extensive partner knowledge and data and limit exploration risk through partner funding.
