TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 15, 2008) - Nuinsco Resources Limited ("Nuinsco" or "the Company") (TSX:NWI) (www.nuinsco.ca) today announced that it has advised its lender that the Company is not in a position to repay a bridge loan in the aggregate amount of US$5 million, on December 15, 2008.

The bridge loan is secured by the Company's shares in Victory Nickel.

The Company and its lender are in discussions to extend the repayment date.
