I have noted that takeovers are often based on some percentage of the preceding 20 day volume weighted average price of the company being taken over. With the massive amount of trading going on in VIT shares and the price remaining relatively static. Should we be right in suspecting that something we don't know about is going on?

The husband/wife/retailer is always the last to know that something is a foot .

I'm just surmising here, no harm intended. anyone got any ideas?
