1+1=2 is correct for math but Victoria is not a 1 and SGV is not a 1. SGV was out of cash, done. they have to move on something like this. otherwise they are gone. so how are they a 1 in the equation like Victoria which had cash and just raised more cash? sgv's own management say they took it as far as they could. So their next move is to find the best suitor to take this forward. VIT is what they see as best.

If it looks like Helen is our only play Newmont is able to sit back and force us to spend more and bigger money on it. they can wait til the very end to back in, taking no risk at all. If we have cash flow coming in and have other solid properties that are OURS ( which we do), we just drill 14 and 15, show them the results and say " hey we have something here, we have earned in 100%, don't have to spend another dime and we're going to go play in our other sandboxes and develop those instead, call us if you want to play at Helen"
