1+1=2 is correct for math but Victoria is not a 1 and SGV is not a 1. SGV was out of cash, done. they have to move on something like this. otherwise they are gone. so how are they a 1 in the equation like Victoria which had cash and just raised more cash? sgv's own management say they took it as far as they could. So their next move is to find the best suitor to take this forward. VIT is what they see as best.
SGV holders, take the time to read about victoria, there is a lot of potential here in our properties in Nevada, HUGE. with possible cash flow from your Dublin property we can develop these other properties much faster. we have decades worth of discovery in them. Research our website and philosophy and if you run out of information and want more, Solo and i can send you in directions to bury you for months.
You have not lost your leverage to great gains in the stock price. you still have major upside, probably more. If you were bought by a major like kinross, like myself and others were when in bema gold, we lost all our leverage. You have gained leverage and you are still alive. Keep in mind you were at 4 and 5 CENTS and now have been given a life line. we bring a lot to the table.
VIT holders, we are not abandoning Nevada, quite the contrary. They have been looking for vehicles to move us on in Nevada and when strong deals come up they pounce. as couch reiterates they are going along the game plan they have been talking about.
Here is another power point. If it looks like Helen is our only play Newmont is able to sit back and force us to spend more and bigger money on it. they can wait til the very end to back in, taking no risk at all. If we have cash flow coming in and have other solid properties that are OURS ( which we do), we just drill 14 and 15, show them the results and say " hey we have something here, we have earned in 100%, don't have to spend another dime and we're going to go play in our other sandboxes and develop those instead, call us if you want to play at Helen"
Gateway and Strata is like adding a second queen to our chess board in the play with Newmont.
