Mr. Rick Mark M.Ed.
CEO & ChairRick has over 20 years experience in the public market place. His leadership positions in various organizations over the last 35 years provides the company with experience in developing short and long term corporate goals, securing financings, building cost-effective property development plans, creating effective communication platforms and managing regulatory functions.
Now in his fifth year with VMS Ventures Inc, Rick is also the CEO and Chair of Harvest Gold Corporation (HVG-TSX.V), a December 2005 "spin off" of Rare Earth Metals Corp, and is the President and CEO of Pancontinental Uranium Corp. (PUC-TSX.V)

Mr. John A. Roozendaal, B.Sc. Geol.
President and DirectorJohn is the founding director of VMS Ventures Inc. He has been involved with the mineral exploration industry for over 15 years, focusing on precious, base and specialty metals projects in North America. Of particular significance were exploration programs for nickel in the Thompson Nickel Belt of Manitoba and for high-grade shear-hosted gold in the Yellowknife gold camp.
John also has experience with various aspects of corporate governance through his involvement with private and public boards of directors.

Dr. George H. Gale
Vice President of Exploration, DirectorGeorge has been a mineral deposits geologist for more than 40 years, during which he developed expertise on Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide deposits with a particular focus in the Snow Lake VMS belt.
He was the head of the Mineral Deposits Section of the Manitoba Geological Survey from 1977 to 1999 and brings his extensive knowledge and experience with Manitoba geology to all property decisions at VMS Ventures Inc. George also plays an integral role in the planning and execution of the Company's overall exploration strategy.

Tue Sep 09 2008, 07:19AM2008-09-08 Agreement dated June 24, 2008 VMS and William Kuran and Warren Heidman, whereby the issuer may acquire 100% interest in all the rights title and interest in/to certain claims located 30 kilometres west of Snow Lake, Man. To earn a 100-per-cent interest in the claims, the issuer will issue 75,000 common shares to both vendors one-time payment of $25,000 Property is subject to a 2% net smelter royalty 1/2 of which may be purchased by the issuer for $500,000.
