Will Japan fears reawaken local attitudes towards Uranium mining? Or as long as no actual nuclear plant goes up, will it be a non-starter? I would think the latter.

French statements over last 24 hours confirm they are still 100% behind nuclear. I believe France gets 75% of power from Nuclear, so no choice in any event.

Great summary of the potential negatives. Must have both sides to make the right investmend decision and glad to see you've already got them down pat.
