4) A massive exploration land package in the Athabasca basin. Good potential for even more deposits.
5) Location. A proven area with a long history of being relatively mine friendly in a politically stable environment. (Athabasca basin, Saskatchewan, Canada). Proximity to Denison/AREVA/Cameco uranium processing facilities and infrastructure.
