If I understand this correctly as I was told that as a US citizen I can buy and sell shares (my shares are held in a Canadian broker), provided I can find a buyer or seller. That said, I tried to buy a small number of shares at Schwab on Friday and it didn't go through.

If Canadian, you cannot trade until it's re-listed (sp.) on the Toronto exchange.
