Don't forget that in five years Ormsby will have been producing gold for 2-3 years already, and the SP and MV of Tyhee (all else being equal) will reflect that.
At that time there will be many options open for Tyhee on its projects, including participating with WCX in development of Big Sky if economic gold is found there.
The future for WCX is not so clear. I would suggest the core of any merger with WCX would be Tyhee's holdings, not so much those of WCX.
