How to get to a $1.5 Billion market cap?
The answer is a partner willing to fund the mining operation. Hochschild funded GORO a couple of years ago ($65MM for 27% of the stock). The result is GORO now has a $1.3 Billion market cap despite just pouring its first gold this year. Look at a multiyear chart of GORO. The money did it.
All it takes is gold in the ground and money to get it out. Asininely simple. That's why I hope the recent complimentary comments about our new board members are justified. SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!
