I have one more theory as to why Jim answered the way he did:
1) He did not know that "Richard from Buenos Aires" was actually talking about "Tyhee" since the name was not expressly mentioned. (I personally find that hard to believe since he is a regular caller to Q-Line about that one specific company.)
2) Jim was not specifically talking about Tyhee but was intentionally giving a generic reply that could apply to any junior explorer wishing to become a producer within the next 3 years. The more I listened to it, the more plausible this theory seems to be. Most likely he knew which company the question pertained to....but he chose to answer it generically.
Just my opinion.....
