"I've seen this $2.00 per share buyout figure thrown around a few times recently going back a few days... not sure where it comes from."-Mises

It suspect that the $2 figure is an echo of the share price attained last year by Romarco Minerals following its blast off from its 20 cent launch pad last January.

Incidentally, with Romarco's gold in the ground valued at, what, around several (five or so) hundreds of dollars per ounce, I'd guess their buyout price tag might be a "pill" too large for any would be acquirer to swallow. So, perhaps, with a dilution of half a billion shares or so, and growing, they may not be a favored buyout candidate, but more likely facing the challenging experience of going it alone into production. Sound familiar?
