This was discussed, I believe Baires emailed JP personally and posted his reply. JP also addressed this on his financial sense radio show. In short, he has NOT sold his Tyhee shares - it is simply that the SEC rules for stocks on the 13F are such that Tyhee (among others) does not need to be reported. Apparently the 13F criteria are complex and ever-changing - and expensive software is required to keep track of what has to be filed - but the bottom line is that the form does not provide a comprehensive view of the filer's stocks. It kind of defeats the purpose IMO, but there you have it.
