I still don't think Kinross will let those drills hit the ground this April without owning 100%.
Do we know when Kinross runs out of ore entirely for their mill and has to rely solely on the heap-leach operation? 2012 I think it was, correct?
Also, ask yourself why they bid when they did. What exactly has changed between then and now, where they won't try again?
I am really, really, looking forward to a hostile bid attempt. I will be here with beer, popcorn, and x-ray vision glasses watching the stock price scream north as paper is inhaled every which-way from Sunday.
Hopefully my other deals will pop and I can get off my paper, and I can really load the snot out of this one... Holding 2 MIL shares for a .60 cent takeover, or more, would really make my day.
I think the selling into the bids following the last news release was the last of those traders holding for further takeover news... when it was released that this year will be "business as usual with further drilling" those players took their money off the table and left. Churning out these short-sighted fools is an important step to building a stronger shareholder base and moving this thing up..... not that I want it up, I want it further into the crapper so I can really take down a large x stupid position.
