I enjoyed reading yours and other's posts on skp and sgr board, and got sold with this golden fairway model. Since sgr claimed that they found 5 deposits in the last 18 mths, what do think the chance skp cam make one high grade shot, such as 1 oz/t for 2m or 2oz/t for 1 m or better, in the next 6-9 mths with help from sgr, before they run out the new $7M from Dundee ? Also, which option will serve sgr better, make the JV successful and share 50% gain from 1-2 2M oz deposits in skp's property, or just pour the $1.5M in JV for 3 yrs, without any major findings, but get 50% control; then make another JV with skp to get 50% of another property in 3 yrs ?
Common sense told me sgr would want the JV to be successful to make the best return from their $1.5M investment, but the unusal delay in San's 43-101 and tsx listing and no clear committed dates for those tasks makes it seemingly possible that sgr mgmt can play any kind of unusal tricks.
