Statmon Technologies Corp. provides a wireless network and fiber infrastructure network management solutions for the telecommunications and media broadcast operators primarily in the United States. Its products include Axess, a software application that remotely monitors devices, networks, and systems, where automatic control and response is required; Roving, a graphical user interface, which allows user to monitor, control, and manage its network; and Accurate, a solution for monitoring local people meter data. The company’s hardware products include UIF-32 (Universal Interface Unit) that allows Axess to collect 32 channels of analog, logic type, and control information; and UVM-6 (Universal Voltage Monitor), which allows a host computer to accurately measure and monitor six different A.C. line voltage sources on a remote basis. Its products offer bi-directional telemetry for remote control, automation, self-healing, and monitoring of devices and systems. Statmon Technologies Corp. markets its products through third party sales channels, value added resellers, strategic partners, and original equipment manufacturer collaborations primarily to the television/radio broadcasting market. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Bannockburn, Illinois.

  • Geoffrey P. Talbot

    Chairman & CEO

    Geoffrey P. Talbot is the co-founder of Statmon Technologies Corp. and has served as our Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and interim Chief Financial Officer since our formation in June 2000. He is responsible for the vision and growth management of the Company. Geoffrey has 35 years of international business experience including holding Chief Executive Officer and other senior executive positions in media buying, advertising sales, computer graphics and digital film production. Prior to co-founding the Company, Geoffrey was the Chief Executive Officer of J. C. Williamson Entertainment Inc. and the J. C. Williamson Technologies Division between early 1997 and early 2000. Geoffrey's early background includes marketing, financial and management training at Caltex Oil Limited (Australia), international asset based financing experience with Itel Leasing Corporation in San Francisco and Chicago, and Orion Term Bank (Royal Bank of Canada) in London, England.

  • Robert B. Fields

    Independent Director

    Robert B. Fields has been a member of Statmon Technologies Corp. Board of Directors since its formation in June 2000. Since 1979, he has served as President of Tradestar Ltd., his wholly-owned consulting firm that specializes in asset appreciation. Since February 2001, Mr. Fields has served as Chairman of Act for X, Inc., a New York-based service provider of software for currency trading. Mr. Fields has wide ranging experience in public company management and representing the public shareholders of listed companies. He was appointed a director of the Friars Foundation, a philanthropy of the arts based in New York in 1998 and has served as its Vice President and Treasurer. Robert B. Fields is the Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee and a member of our Compensation Committee.

  • Dr. Len Silverman

    Independent Director

    Leonard Silverman, Ph.D. has been a member of Statmon Technologies Corp. Board of Directors since its formation in June 2000. Dr. Silverman has spent most of his professional career at the University of Southern California (USC). He joined the faculty of USC as a Full Professor of Electrical Engineering in 1977 and was elected Chairman of the Electrical Engineering Systems Department in 1982. He was appointed the fifth Dean of Engineering in 1984 and retired as the Dean in June 2001. Dr. Silverman, a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering, is internationally known for his pioneering work in the theory and application of multivariable control systems and signal processing with more than 100 publications to his credit. He currently serves as Director of Advanced MicroDevices (AMD), and is a board member of the Colachis Foundation, the M.C.Gill Foundation and the Lord Foundation. Dr. Silverman is Chairman of our Compensation Committee and a member of our Audit Committee.

  • Nigel Brownett

    Executive Vice President of Development

    Nigel Brownett is the Chief Programmer and leads the Company’s team of computer programmers. Prior to joining the Company Nigel worked as a senior Consultant Programmer and Systems Integrator for 4 years. Between 1996 and 1998 he was the Director of Engineering for Broadcast Solutions overseeing the installation of digital delivery systems. Prior to 1996, Nigel worked in various engineering, project management and operations capacities for the BBC, Village Roadshow and Adfile.

  • Ken Dillard

    Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing

    Ken Dillard guides the sales efforts for Statmon Technologies in broadcast and related markets globally. Prior to joining Statmon Technologies Ken served as District Sales Manager for Harris Corporations Broadcast Communications Division servicing customers and accounts in the high profile northeast corridor. Ken’s background in radio station engineering and military electronics give him a unique insight into the daily challenges that our customers deal with, and a deeper insight into how Statmon Technologies' suite of software products can assist in solving those challenges.

  • Matt Blum

    Executive Vice President of Telecom Sales

    Matt is a 15 year veteran of the Telecommunications industry. He has extensive knowledge in the successful sales of complex multi-million dollar mission critical back office and network infrastructure OSS software & hardware systems to a wide range of major Telecommunications providers, including AT&T, Qwest, Time Warner Telecom, Intrado and many others. Matt has held executive sales management, strategic senior sales / business development positions for start-ups and leading industry companies such as Schlumberger-Sema Group Telecom and Applied Innovation.

  • Peter Upfold

    Chief Technical Officer

    Peter Upfold is the co-founder of Statmon Technologies Corp. and has served as Vice Chairman, Chief Technical Officer, and Director since our formation in June 2000. Peter is the founder and creator of the Statmon platform, with over 18 years of experience in technology and IT development. Peter has extensive RF broadcast transmission systems experience as well as a strong background with digital data transmission. Peter is also a hands-on software programmer using languages such as Visual Basic, Visual C++, Visual FoxPro, and Microsoft Access. Peter spent 12 years as a broadcast engineer in radio, working with transmission and studio complexes. Peter then spent 5 years as Chairman/CEO of Broadcast Solutions Pty Ltd, a supplier of digital delivery broadcast systems. During this time he pioneered a network for simultaneous 30 radio stations content from one computer system.
