I'm wondering if it would be Advantageous to own both RXE AND SHL?

If Spruce Ridge Resources and RX own the JV property next to the Drumlummon mine site and the old tailing that are on that property....Hmmm?

Spruce has 25,000,000 OS shares and trading at .12-.175

RX has 145,000,000 OS shares and trading around the .30 area

Thoughts?
