Remedy; my understanding is that you send in your share certificates to the company and they stamp and return them and you wait for the next step which is SPQ applies to the court for a hearing which will be to determine fair value. When the court hearing takes place, all evidence such as valuations, etc. is determined by the court to set a firm value for the shares and that is what all the dissent shares are valued. If you dissented properly, you do not need to worry about the .19 as the court will decide the fair value unless in the meantime Cliffs ups the ante and you accept it. This is all my understanding in reading the TSX section under Dissenting. All the best. rj
