Neil and the BOD have determined that this offer of .19 is in the interest of the SPQ shareholders.

Well, I think we are owed an explanation as to exactly why they think this!

Frankly, I feel we have been railroaded to make a quick decision without additional facts. Why is this measley offer to our advantage? Why was it rushed over a Holiday weekend? Why was KWG thrown under the bus?

U.S. markets are closed tomorrow, and U.S. investors cannot take any action if desired.

Again, shareholders have been mistreated.

I don't plan to tender my shares. If we hold on, I hope Cliffs will be forced to pay more fairly for a world class chrome deposit, and more!

I'm down here in Florda, and "out of the loop". It's hard to decipher all the shenanigans. I'm saddend by it and think we deserve much better.

I hope there's another chapter to come. Meanwhile, let's hear from our BOD!
