does anyone know if more than 50.1 % of the shares have been tendered ? cliffs does not have to buy any shares unless all conditions have been met .

why were they still phoning late friday if it was a done deal ?

if the merger is blocked and they do not buy the shares , is there another way to do the merger ? such as spq buying kwg.
