Too late now,but IMO,we likely would have ended up with a better deal for our SPQ shares if the merger idea would never have been conceived. That way,Cliffs would probably have had to ante up more and there would have been no compelling reason for the lock-up of the Officers,Directors shares, UNTIL NN would have been more pleased with the offer. IMO,they screwed up badly with the merger idea,especially with KWG not having the financial resources to play ball with Cliffs all the way. If you do not have the money, DO NOT join the big leagues .
