I like your analysis. IMO, all astute people involved in this episode probably know very well that the world economy is still very fragile and that M&A activity is still at low levels. Consequently(unless a white knight with deep pockets is in the wings and will surprise us),Cliffs is probably the only logical suitor in the near to medium term to get it all together and proceed to development . They appear to have the bucks and the connections. The 11th hour is approaching. IMO,we will get another offer soon from KWG and then just prior to the deadline,IMO,Cliffs will be back with a good sweetener. IMO,IF THE FINAL OFFER FROM CLIFFS is not dramatically improved,the merger is a go.
