Just a question, but does it really matter whether you vote the Cliff's yellow sheet or the Spider white sheet as long as you vote for the merger? Just be careful on the Cliff's proxy that you READ carefully and then mark your proxy appropriately. You will not be able to vote both proxy forms (unfortunately) to double your vote count.
