In my opinion, unless Cliff coughs up closer to $1 a share, I think that we will be better off with the merger.

The info on how to change your vote was due to a couple of PMs from people who had voted against the merger and now want to change their minds. Not too late yet for anyone else who wants to see some real value for their shares :)
