That is a great and totally unexpected NR.

I think most of us were waiting until Monday for a counter offer but for them to say now that they do ot think it is a superior offer without giving details in the NR is great.

Now SPQ/KWG can chat over a coffee until Monday and then announce to the world they are proceeding with the merger vote.

Keep voting yes to the merger.......
