Smoke is rising! It was very weird that Spider's BoD determined so rapidly that 19 cents was a 'Superior Proposal'. Else there was guns on their head, or else they were ready to sleep with Cliffs.

A Court action is probably envisioned by KWG. It may be their only way to stay in the play, and hoping that there will be a settlement involving a buy-out of both. It's unconceivable that KWG would be let drying to death in this deal.

Like K, I think that this is far from the end. We have perhaps not even reach the fourth inning! Bases are full, Frank has a full count... Foul ball... "Bring your next, Cliffs, i'm ready!'
