Great news. Neil and Frank, if you have the time to read this, thanks for hanging in there and proving you have the guts that it takes to make things work for both the shareholders and yourselves. You have proven by this move that you both can be trusted to put the shareholders first and foremost.

I'm still trying to track down some family members who have shares and make sure they vote for the amalgamation.

I'll be at the special shareholder's meeting, but my vote FOR is in before then just to make sure I'm counted in case I don't get to the meeting.

Thanks again to Neil and Frank and all the positive posters who are 'riding the rails' to make this merger a reality.

This move should be a positive reminder to all the ROF companies to rather compliament each other and stick together.
