K...really appreciate your posts...question/clarification relative to this last one.

The assumption is that SQP + KWG is worth more, merged than separate. Do you think that NN and his BOD would reccomend acceptance of an offer of .25?, .35?, .50? if the potential growth, possible third party take-over (bidding war) and the control of assets seems to point towards a multi dollar value long term...we have already established that both companies are currently funded well enough to continue operations for the foreseeable future.

Realistically, are we really in a hurry or under pressure to sell at any price under a dollar? Look forward to your perspective.
