Cliff is now out of time to vote the merger down with their shares. Voting shares bought after Jun 11 will not be able to cast their vote. The most that they can do is dissent, which still won't happen, since they don't want to give up their cheap shares in SPQ.

The merger is still the best thing for us, or Cliff is going to go back and forth with us and KWG until they have a majority in either, or both.

They asked KWG to stop the evaluation, but I think that is just so that they could crash KWG SP while simultaneously inflating ours, to make it appear that the merger would hurt SPQ shareholders.

Don't forget, there are a lot of shareholders that don't read these forums, mostly due to irrelavent posts that take time to go through (eg: "at 16 cents now, eom").

However, this board is far more relavent, since the hub leaders are able to ensure that spammers and abusers are sent packing. We even try to keep things on topic :)
