Seems to me that the third last paragraph says it all. IF SPIDER BOD says the new offerf is a superior proposal,then it says alot at this time,IMO. The next 5 days will be very interesting as to what KWG and SPQ do. Seems to me that SPQ,s hand is being forced by Cliffs ; pressure is on the BOD. IMO,we need spine to continue withe the merger . Snug,if you are here,perhaps now is the time for you to touch base with Neil as to retails feeling that the merger is our choice for all to benefit .
