Cliffs buys spq at 16.5c per share and kwg at 11c per share Mmmm combine companies 16.5+11=27.5 / 2 = 13.75c per share darnit all Cliffs will end up increasing the original offer of .13c for kwg and spq to 13.75 wow were we investors ever smart!!!!!!

DONT BE STUPID SAY NO an increase in the offer of .75c is a very bad deal for spq.

if we go ahead with the merger the whole will be better. too early to sell.
