Sorry,but you just made an assumption about the buyer(s). I would be very surprised if Cliffs is sitting back and not buying. Go back since May 21/10 and add up the volume. It will tell you that it is likely Cliffs doing most of the buying. WHY WOULD THEY NOT BE BUYING ???? It is obvious why they want every share tnhey can get their hands on,in whatever way they can .
