If 1 company can control the market by being in production first, it can deter others from doing the infrastucture required to compete. There is lots of chromite no disputing that. Enough to flood the market to fend off competition. There is a market for North American chromite..good grades little processing good skilled work force, stable geopolitical policies, excellent source of investment capital.
