Very well said Khareema, that really gives us something to think about. It is very interesting as you stated that everything currently happening is just "intent" and not actually written in stone. Makes me curious, I wonder if Cliffs just wanted to feel out the market and us SPQ/KWG shareholders reaction to a 13 cent "potential" offer before making a real one... Kevlude
