With the new animosity between all the parties, I wonder if a fair solution for all would be the formation of an independent arbitrator to arrive at a fair value for SPQ/KWG. No matter what is offered by either side, the other is going to scream foul and trade insults, etc. back and forth. With an independent arbitrator, no side could claim injustice. Otherwise this could be a long and drawn out process for all. I personally feel this would be an equitable resolution that all should be able to live with. rj
