good afternoon mr. novak

i am a spider sharesholder and would like to help spider resources in their attempt at a reverse split taking which will be dealt with at the agm.

before i make my decision on how to vote with my shares however, i do feel i need more information.

that information would be contained in the expected release of the 43-101.

i would like to see what is in the document and also see how the market reacts to the document before i allocate my shares to voting yes to the proposal.

hopefully the issues surrounding the release on the document can be overcome quickly so ample time can be given to all shareholders to understand all the ramifications in the document.
