We must all remember that we have to do what is best for us personally. Blind faith in following a Company leader may not be your best choice. Remember how many on FWR were very adamant that the Board would do the best for them, did they? I do not believe the timing of this announcement is co-incidental. With the 43-101 supposedly due now, instead we get this sprung on us on a Friday night after the market close with a decision required in less than 30 days. Is it the best move? Only time will tell and we must all tread carefully and do the best for our investment. Like many here, I have, for me, a rather large stake in SPQ and after all the waiting, want to maximize my return. Why the short time frame to make a decision? Many questions must be answered before any shareholder makes their own decision on this matter.
